The boutique-bookshop, completely remodelled by the SCENO agency, offers a friendly space within the building’s contemporary extension, echoing the modern nature of the museum and presenting a selection of works and objects chosen in connection with its collections and temporary exhibitions.
Managed by Arteum, this exclusive place offers a wide choice to meet the requirements of all museum visitors, travellers from far afield, fans of Henri Matisse’s work, local visitors familiar with the museum, young people and fans of creative hobbies.

The boutique-bookshop offers a range based on a selection of quality works, monographs, catalogues, editions on Matisse and modern artists, along with a range of souvenirs with items, reproductions of posters, postcards, stationery and fashion accessories in the artist’s colours, inspired by a truly unique collection. Educational and fun, the young people’s section focuses on creativity and invites you to discover notebooks, pencils, brushes and paints.
Located in an exceptional area, the boutique-bookshop promotes “made in France” creations, presenting the work of designers from the region, as well as offering a selection of delicatessen items such as those from the famous Florian confectionery maker in Nice.
